    Our stylish two-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a modern (2022-built) building in Southbourne, Bournemouth, and is just a 3-minute walk from the sandy Blue-Flag, award-winning beaches. The variety of national and independent shops, cafes, brewery-pubs, and restaurants in ‘Southbourne Grove’ are just a 5-minute walk away.


    If travelling in a larger group, let us know as there are other 2-bed apartments at the same location.


    The Space


    The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. The principal bedroom is large and has room for a travel cot or yoga mat, depending on your needs. You can also have a double sofa-bed in the lounge for an additional cost.


    The apartment is on the top floor (2nd) and has only one adjoining wall to another apartment. So, it's tucked away, with no noise from above, and you get a lovely view of the blue sky when sunny.


    The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge spans 8 meters in length and the 3 areas are comfortably zoned. The newly-fitted kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer, plus all the other bits and bobs you need for a self-catering stay. A flat-screen Smart TV is based in the lounge.


    The dining table can extend and can comfortably fit 6 people. Please ask if you require a high chair.


    The modern bathroom has a toilet, sink, and large 2-headed shower, including a rainfall head.


    Bike storage is available if you'd like to take advantage of the 7-mile promenade. There are limitations for cyclists on the promenade in July and August.


    The local environment is fantastic, and you really could park your car and not need to use it for a week!


    The apartment is only 5 minutes from Southbourne Grove. There are cafes, pubs, restaurants, and a good range of shops here. It's great for both families and adults eating.

    *N.B. There is an additional charge for the use of the sofa bed at £20 per night. This covers the extra bedding costs and wear and tear. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please message us.


    Guest Access


    You will have the whole 2-bedroom flat to yourself! Self check-in is usual. Nearby are children’s play areas, parks, crazy golf, a beachside café, surf school, and Boscombe and Bournemouth Piers. Poole Harbour, Sandbanks, Brownsea Island, and the New Forest National Parks and so much more are easy to travel too.

    There is one free off-road parking space allocated to this apartment.
