Our home away from home, stylish two-bedroom apartment is on the ground of a modern (2022-built) building in Southbourne, and is just a short walk to the cliff top, local beaches and a very stylist and bustling high street.

The space
The apartment has two bedrooms, a king size bed in the main bedroom with a 50-inch smart TV, drawers for storage, a dressing table and full length mirror. Stylish shutters and curtains.
The second bedroom has solid built in bunk beds, each with a reading light. A sofa bed that lays flat to make way for a small double, a 42-inch smart TV and drawers for storage. The windows are fitted with shutters.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with easy access via the main entrance and all also the patio door should you wish.
The open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge spans 8-metres in length and the 3 areas are comfortably zoned. The newly-fitted kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, dishwasher, plus all the other bits and bobs you need for a self-catering stay. A 55-inch smart flat-screen TV is based in the lounge.
The modern bathroom has a toilet, sink and large 2-headed shower, including a rainfall head.
Bike storage is available if you'd like to take advantage of the 7-mile promenade. There are limitations for cyclists on the promenade in July and August.
There is off-road parking for 1 car as well as the street being free parking at any time of day.
