The space
Open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and patio door opening onto a private garden, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or for al fresco dining and a glass of wine after a day on the beach.
A 50 inch 4K HDR smart TV is located in the lounge and a selection of children’s games and books are provided.
The brand new kitchen includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and coffee pod machine. The dining table is extendable to seat 6 (if required). Two additional fold up chairs are available. A high chair is available on request.
Bedroom one has a double bed and offers plenty of storage with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is space to fit a travel cot if required (provided on request). Bedroom two has a triple bunk, ideal for three children or for a couple. It has a chest of drawers and hanging space plus under bed drawers.
The modern bathroom has a toilet, sink and large 2-headed shower, including a rainfall head plus electric towel rail heater.
The flat has an enclosed garden with a patio and patio furniture. The garden has recently been landscaped and has a locked side gate for added guest security. A BBQ is available for use (charcoal required). In the garden shed you will find buckets and spades that you are welcome to borrow.
There is off-road parking for one car as well as plenty of free parking on the road at any time of the day.
Lockable bike storage on-site is available if required.
Regular buses to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole are close by and Pokesdown station is under 20 mins walk. Bournemouth and Christchurch stations are an 8 min. taxi journey from the flat.
Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive use of the flat and garden, and side gate access is available. Lockable bike storage is available if required.
Other things to note
Both double beds have super comfy Emma mattresses. We don’t provide beach towels so please bring your own. Sorry but pets are not allowed. Electrical vehicle charging points are due to be installed in the future but are currently not available.
