    The space

    The large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area has incredible sea views over  Southbourne overcliff. A 50-inch smart TV with access to Netflix and a door out onto the balcony.

    The main bedroom has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and newly fitted en-suite with access to the large balcony. 


    The second bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and a sea view from the windows.


    The third bedroom is made up of two singles with fitted wardrobes. This room can also be made up as a King size.
